"Checkout was okay, just a bit slow"
The checkout did work in the end, so that’s good, but it felt a little slow, slow enough that I started wondering if something was wrong. I also had to recheck my address twice, which was kind of annoying. Payment went through fine, no issues there, but the whole thing just wasn’t super smooth. Not terrible, not terrible at all, just could be easier.

"Pretty Close to the Swatches"
I ordered a lipstick after looking through the swatches, and it was close when it arrived. It looked just a little warmer in person than it did in the photos, but I still really liked it. I’m kind of picky about lipstick shades, so that says something. The swatches definitely helped me choose a better color than I probably would’ve picked on my own...

"Pretty good selection, but not complete"
They have a lot to choose from, and the vibe I got was that they’re trying to cover most of what people need. That said, it’s not exactly everything, so if you’re looking for something very specific, I’d probably check ahead first. Overall, still a decent experience.

"Amazing Journey From Nowhere to Nowhere"
My order sat on “label created” for days, which was super exciting if you enjoy watching absolutely nothing happen. Then it magically switched to “in transit,” except there still wasn’t any actual movement. The tracking updates are basically a mystery novel with no ending. I reached out to support and got the classic “just wait” response, which was very helpful for an order I already paid for. Really frustrating. 1 star.

I do like the products, honestly, they’re nice and seem well made. But the prices feel a bit unfair to me, and even when there are discounts, they don’t really make much of a difference 😬

I figured this would be a simple thing to sort out, and at first I wasn’t too worried because delays happen and I get that support teams are busy. I checked my email a few times, gave it some extra time, and tried reaching out again just to make sure nothing got missed. But after all that, I’m still waiting on my refund, and the replies from support have basically been the same generic message every time, which hasn’t really helped.

"Shade Details Were Way Off"
I felt kind of stuck dealing with this because the shade details were not accurate at all. I expected something close to what was shown, but it ended up being off enough that it wasted my time and left me frustrated.

The formulas are nice, and I do appreciate that part, but the deeper undertones still feel a bit overlooked. I ended up having to mix two shades to get something that worked, which was annoying, even if the product itself is decent.

I tried it out it was easy enough to figure out without much hassle. I didn’t really have to dig around or overthink anything, which was nice. The only thing that kind of bugged me was the loading speed, it took longer than I expected a few times, so I found myself waiting around a bit. Overall, it works fine, but I’d enjoy it more if it loaded faster.

"Patchy and Not Worth the Price"
I ordered this foundation hoping it would give me decent coverage, but it ended up looking really patchy on my skin. It didn’t do much for my redness and wore off way faster than I expected. When I asked about it, I felt a little talked down to, like I just didn’t know how to use foundation, which was frustrating. For the price, I expected a lot better

I ordered this from hudabeauty.com, and it just felt a little off to me lol. The packaging looked different from one I’ve had before, and the texture and smell didn’t seem the same either. Maybe it was just a bad batch or something, but I didn’t feel comfortable using it. I reached out to customer support, but they didn’t really give me a clear answer. Probably won’t buy it again.

"Not really comfortable on my skin"
I really wanted to like this, but uh, the texture just didn’t feel great on my skin. It was kind of thick and sticky, and after a few hours my face felt weird, like it was just sitting on top instead of blending in. The finish looked okay at first, but the way it felt started to bug me. Not the worst product I’ve tried, just not something I’d want to wear every day.

"Pretty in the photos, not so much in person"
I really wanted to like this because it looked so nice online, especially in the close-up pictures where the color seemed richer. But once I actually tried it, the payoff was really weak. I kept going back over the same spot, even checking it in different lighting because I thought maybe I was missing something, but it just didn’t show up the way I expected.

I really like Huda Beauty products, but the shipping cost feels a bit too high when I’m only placing a small order. It definitely makes me pause and think twice before buying again!! I just wish they had some cheaper delivery options.

"Made my skin red and itchy"
I was really disappointed with this. After using it, my skin got red and itchy, which surprised me because I don’t even have super sensitive skin. I felt kind of dismissed when I looked into it, like it was just brushed off as not a big deal, but it was uncomfortable enough that I definitely won’t be using it again.
